Physical vs. Spiritual

There is a theme I've noticed time and time again: the distinguishment between the physical and the spiritual. There is the physical world on the one hand: everything that is tangible that can be detected through one or more of our five physical senses. Then there is the spiritual world on the other: everything that is intangible and can only be detected through senses that are considered "extrasensory". Due to this perceived separation of the two there is a tendency to believe that one cannot access the spiritual realm unless they have extra senses or they experience something miraculous.
The truth is the spiritual is accessible to anyone and everyone because it is a part of who we are. Experiencing it in daily life is as simple as breathing. The key is to be willing to let go of the belief that it is separate from yourself and the physical world. Letting go of this belief will allow an opening within you that will slowly expand over time. This opening and expansion will enable you to become aware of the spiritual realm and its place in the physical world. You will see that it was there all along, but it was near impossible to experience it due to the belief that you are separate from it. It is subtle, unobtrusive, and delicate; much like a flower.
If you are rushing through life, barely noticing the subtleties all around you then this will also make it difficult to access it. One must slow down, make deep breathing the normal way of breathing rather than the exception, review and challenge your beliefs about the world around you and allow for a new way of being to become the norm. It is as simple and challenging as seeing the world with new eyes. It's simple because it's your natural state, but challenging due to years of conditioning and deep-seeded beliefs.
Being aware of the spiritual can help you be aware of who you truly are, what you are capable of, and why you are here. It can help you become more empathetic towards others, more compassionate, and less fearful. Knowing that you are not separate from the spiritual will enable you to understand your purpose in life, help you have healthy, successful relationships and enable you to let go of beliefs and emotional debris that no longer serve you. If you have any innate abilities, like clairvoyance, clairaudience or clairsentience these abilities will become strengthened and heightened due to your growing connection with the spiritual realm. Your physical health will most likely be positively affected as you grow due to your increasing awareness of how certain foods and exercises make you feel. You will ultimately become aware of how you are the creator of your life and the only thing holding you back is your sense of disconnection from the spiritual.
