Manifestation

Manifesting is a hot topic these days and there are many websites and books on the matter. Being aware of what helps the most is needed in this day and age with all the information (sometimes conflicting) that exists on the topic. I'm going to outline what I sense and know are the most important aspects of manifestation.

First of all, we are constantly manifesting what is going on in our lives no matter if we're aware of it or not. When you stop and reflect on this fully you'll probably realize that manifestation isn't about doing anything in particular--it's really a state of being since it's happening all the time. We normally don't consciously try to manifest anything in particular, but we're still manifesting. Thus, in order to manifest what you truly want you should first become aware of how this is constantly happening.

We are living, breathing magnets. Why? Because we are comprised of energy that naturally attracts everything that happens in our lives. In order to attract what we truly desire we, thus, need to become aware of our energy. Emotional awareness is key as well as becoming aware of our beliefs and thought patterns. Meditation is great for this as is a mind/body/spirit practice such as yoga or tai chi. The more aware you are of your energy the more you can consciously manifest what you truly desire.

Next, another key principle is how to focus on our desires so that we manifest them in the quickest, most optimal way. Being aware of your energy will naturally help you be more open, loving and peaceful over time. This is the optimal foundation one needs for manifesting their desires as quickly and easily as possible because being in a state of fear, apathy, anger, etc. will push away the manifestation or cause it to take much longer to manifest. Also when we're in a loving, open state of being this naturally helps us focus on our desires in a relaxed, light-hearted fashion. This type of focus is necessary because fixating on them, fearing that they won't happen or being very demanding when it comes to the details often results in a big delay or no favorable results.

Lastly, the best method I've discovered for creating what you desire is to imagine having it and imagining what you will feel like when you have it. Technically you can do this without being aware of your energy and being in a loving, open state, but jumping to this step is difficult due to the imaginary act being fueled by one's state of being. Thus, if you imagine from a negative state then this will cause a delay or no results or even if you are able to feel what you'll be feeling when you have it you will most likely go back to the negative state when you're not actively imagining.

So it's not about how often you imagine/visualize, but about how consistently you are able to feel what you imagine you'll feel when you have what you desire. Only imagining having the desire without experiencing the feeling state associated with it will push the manifestation away. It's important that you know what you want, but mostly for the purpose of understanding the feeling state associated with what you want. Everything is happening *now* so imagining that you have what you desire also entails fully believing that it has happened, thus, experiencing the emotional state associated with it is necessary. The universe responds much more to our overall energetic state, not simply our thoughts. Thus, manifesting with our emotional state is extremely effective.

You might discover that as you actively make conscious manifesting a part of your life situations come up that are not what you truly desire. It's important that you embrace these experiences rather than push them away because everything that happens is a result of our energetic vibration, thus, the more you become aware of why you're manifesting these circumstances the more you will be able to modify your vibration to create what you truly desire. Also, the rate at which you fall into a negative state after you consciously imagine the desired feeling state shows how much emotional fine-tuning you need to do. If you're able to maintain the desired feeling state throughout the day then you will most likely attract your desire pretty quickly.

My advice, then, is not so much about how often you should focus on your desires, but rather how much you can make it apart of your every day reality. Conscious manifestation is not a 20 minute task that we do at the end of the day. Viewing it this way will not help much with having everything we desire. If you only want one thing, like a new car, and you're satisfied with everything else in your life then that method might be right for you, but if you'd like to be the master of your existence in which you can manifest anything and everything your heart desires then following my advice will help tremendously.
